  研究领域(Research Area)
  主要从事组织器官发育的分子控制机制。我们之前的研究主要集中在血管及淋巴管系统的发育机制。我们揭示了动、静脉血管皮细胞发育分化的可塑性规律、血液动力学对动、静脉分化的作用,以及Angiopoitin-1/2、Tie1/2、NRP1/2 等分子在血管系统的表达、功能及其机作用机制,尤其是通过Netrin/Unc5B分子系统在血管中的表达与功能的研究,首次直接证实血管生长存在类似神经生长的导向机制,控制其布局与走向。我们致力于通过建立活体鸡胚核酸干扰技术,研究血管初始形成与血管新生中的细胞与分子机制,重点系统研究神经导向因子在正常血管系统发育与在肿瘤血管新生中的作用功能及其机制。最近,在国家重大科学研究计划的支持下,我们的研究拓展到了猪和鸡的骨胳肌与脂肪组织发育的分子机制,着重建立猪和鸡的骨胳肌与脂肪干细胞体系,研究其分化与组织形成的分子机制。

  Our research lies in the area of mechanisms of development of tissue/organ systems. Previously our research was focused on the molecular mechanisms controlling vessel formation under normal and pathological settings. We have elucidated the plasticity of endothelial cells during arterial-venous differentiation and how blood flow could regulates arterial-venous differentiation in the avian embryo; and we have revealed the expression and functions of molecules such as Angiopoitin-1/2、Tie1/2、NRP1/2 in the vascular system. By reveal of the Netrin/Unc5B function in the vascular system, we have confirmed that the development of vascular system adapted the guidance mechanisms as the nervous system. We work on establishing chicken RNAi techniques and exploring further the molecular mechanisms in course of vasculogenesis and angiogenesis. In response to “The National Key Scientific Program of China”, we have recently extended our research area to molecular mechanisms controlling the development of muscle and adipose tissues in chicken and swine. We apply state-of-the-art approaches of cell and molecular biology to depict the molecular network controlling the developmental processes of the two major tissues in those animals.
