  1998年获中山大学生命科学学院动物学专业理学博士学位;
  1999-2002年厦门大学海洋科学博士后;
  2004-2005年美国Scripps研究所访问学者;
  2002-2009年厦门大学生命科学学院副教授;
  2009年晋升为教授。

  研究领域(Research Area)
  抗菌肽(antimicrobial peptide, AMP)是一类20-60个氨基酸组成的短肽,几乎在各类生物中均有发现,是先天性免疫的成份之一。三十多年的研究发现,AMP有广泛的活性,如抗菌、抗虫、免疫调节及抗肿瘤等。我们的研究兴趣在于AMP的抗肿瘤活性,主要研究AMP的结构、导致细胞死亡的机制、基于机制的肽类药物的设计与靶向传递,以便肽类抗肿瘤药物的开发。
  Research Interest
  Antimicrobial peptides (AMP) are a group of peptides with 20-60 amino acids and identifiedin almost all living organisms. These peptides are one of the components of innate immunity. In the past 30 years, it has been found that AMPs have extensive biological activities, such as anti-bacteria, anti-parasite, immune regulation and anti-tumor.Our research interest is in the antitumor activity of AMP, mainly including the structure of the AMP, its action mechanism leading to cell death, mechanism-based peptide design and targeted delivery, to developanti-tumor peptidedrug.
