　　2012-至今，山东大学物理学院，教授，博士生导师。
　　2007-2012, 澳大利亚墨尔本大学研究员。
　　2005-2007，日本千叶大学日本学术振兴会（JSPS）特别研究员。
　　2002-2005, 新加坡材料工程研究所(IMRE)，博士后研究员。

　　光电功能材料与器件、宽带隙半导体材料、半导体光物理
