  卢霏,女,理学博士。教授,博士生导师

  个人简历:
  1985年毕业于山东大学光学系;1991年获光学专业工学硕士学位;1997年获凝聚态物理理学博士学位。
  2000年至2002年作为红堡学者在德国于利希研究中心从事稀土离子掺杂半导体发光器件研究。
  主持承担国家自然科学基金项目:“离子注入光波导新方法的研究” ;教育部博士点基金“离子注入对离子交换KTP周期波导的调制”和北京大学开放实验室重点项目多项。作为主要完成人先后参加了国家自然科学基金重点项目一项;自然科学基金项目三项;教育部博士点基金项目一项。
  作为主要完成人先后获得国家自然科学二等奖;教育部中国高校自然科学一等奖;山东省科技进步二等奖两项。承担和参与申报国家发明专利两项。发表文章100余篇,除6篇被EI 收录外,其余均被SCI收录。
