　　牛竹叶女，1964年11月出生，学士，副教授，动物养殖专业学位硕士生导师，主要从事家畜环境卫生和生态营养研究工作。主持完成省级科研项目2项，参与完成国家、省级项目4项，获省级科技进步二等奖1项。现主持陕西省自然科学基金项目1项，参加省部科技项目3项。在国内外学术期刊发表论文60篇，SCI 论文8篇，出版著作2部。参编教材3部。
