王育才 教授简介

　　1．基本信息
　　王育才，男，1959年11月生，北京人，教授，硕士生导师；1982年本科毕业于河北财院后分配到西安石油学院任教；1988年获中国政法大学硕士学位；1999年获新西兰维克多大学财经毕业证书和法学硕士学位；2006年至今在西北农林科技大学法律系任教。
　　现任中国法学会和中国律师协会会员，中国环境科学学会环境法分会理事。

　　2．研究方向
　　金融法、环境法。

　　3．开设课程
　　长期致力于金融法、环境法的教学与科研工作，先后承担本科生、研究生英美契约法、公司法、法律经济学、环境立法与执法专题等课程。
　　目前在读硕士研究生15名。

　　4．学术成果
　　多年来，先后在《法学研究》等核心期刊上发表过相关学术论文30余篇。
　　Mr. Yucai Wang (Male) was born in 1959 in Beijing. He got his Bachelor of Economics from Hebei Finance & Trade Institute and Master of Laws from China Political & Law University in China, and LLM from Waikato University in New Zealand. He is a professor in law at the College of Humanities of the Northwest A&F University; members of China Law Society, All China Lawyers Association, and Chinese society for Environmental Sciences. He possesses qualifications of legal practice in the PRC and accounting practice in New Zealand, and years' experience of tertiary education and legal practice. With research interests in finance law and environment law area, he has published about 30 journal articles.
