　　卢桂宁：男，1980年9月生，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师，主要从事污染物构效关系和土壤污染修复研究。华南理工大学环境科学与工程学院与美国罗格斯大学环境科学系联合培养博士，2008年毕业获工学博士学位。近年主持国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点专项科研基金、中国博士后科学基金等国家及省部级科研项目4项，学校和企事业单位委托项目4项，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目、广东省自然科学基金团队项目和重点项目、863项目子课题、广东省及广州市科技计划项目等科研项目10余项。已在Journal of Hazardous Materials、Science of the Total Environment、QSAR & Combinatorial Science、环境化学、中国环境科学等国内外知名期刊发表论文40余篇(SCI收录20多篇)，申请发明专利5项(已授权1项)。担任Journal of Hazardous Materials、Science of the Total Environment、Journal of Environmental Quality、Journal of Theoretical & Computational Chemistry等国际SCI刊物审稿人。参与编写《战略性新兴产业100问》、《广东节能环保产业及促进政策研究》等著作，执笔编制《佛山市环保产业发展规划》、《佛山市南海区节能环保产业发展规划》等地方产业发展规划。
