　　章卫平，男，1968年生，浙江建德籍，现任基础部病理生理学教研室主任、教授，博士生导师，领衔第二军医大学肥胖与糖尿病研究团队，获国家杰出青年科学基金的资助。1992、1999年于第二军医大学分别获医学学士和免疫学博士学位，2002-2005年在美国哈佛大学公共卫生院从事博士后研究。主要研究方向为肥胖与糖尿病的病理生理学机制及其转化医学研究。先后承担国家863计划、国家973计划、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划和国家自然科学基金重点项目等研究课题，经费总额逾1600万；利用基因打靶技术，在国际上首次建立锌指蛋白ZBTB20基因敲除小鼠模型，在ZBTB20的生理功能及其转录调控机制方面取得多项原创性研究成果，居国际领先水平。先后在《美国科学院院刊（PNAS）》、《自然．通讯（Nature Communication）》和《胃肠学（Gastroenterology）》等国际权威学术刊物发表SCI论文50余篇；多次受邀在国际知名学术机构和学术会议做学术报告。参编专著1部，获国家授权发明专利12项，以第二完成人获国家自然科学二等奖、上海市科技进步一等奖和军队科技进步一等奖各1项。荣获第七届中国青年科技奖和解放军总后勤部科技银星称号，入选新世纪国家百千万人才工程国家级人选、上海市领军人才和优秀学科带头人计划。受聘担任国家自然科学基金终审评委、Journal of Endocrinology与Journal of Molecular Endocrinology等国际专业期刊资深编辑。
